We are committed to replace or repair any piece that has suffered a manufacturing defect (e.g. missing stone, damaged prongs setting) within 2 years of receipt at no extra cost. Our warranty does not cover scratches or tarnish as they are natural occurrences with everyday wear and tear. Please contact us by email for more details (contact@houseofzarrin.com). We are more than happy to help and inspect whether your ring can be replaced under our warranty scheme. To ensure your pieces stay sparkling and bright for as long as possible, keep them away from chemicals (including perfume and chlorine) and humid conditions. Store them in their House of Zarrin gift box and pouch.

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we begin packing them and shipping them out as soon as possible. Send us an email quoting your order number and we can check if it isn't too late to amend your order.

We've switched to paperless invoices only. Your confirmation email now includes your invoice.

We offer exchanges for a small fee (covering postal and packaging fees). Please contact us using the form below. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. We cannot offer an exchange beyond this period.

You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a refund and return. Please contact us using the above form to request a refund stating your order number.

Please note, returns / refunds are not accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees when returning the item(s) to us. You must obtain proof of postage for your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if the return is accepted, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 working days (depending on your bank).

A return fee of GBP 2.99 will be deducted from this payment.

We cannot offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate. You will have to pay for any additional shipping fees to receive your order.

Our couriers will attempt to redeliver your order if you have missed the delivery. If the order is redirected back to our warehouse due to an insufficient shipping address provided by the customer or if a second delivery attempt is made and it is unsuccessful, a fee will incur for the redelivery of your order as well as shipping and handling costs.

Shipping costs do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Not all countries charge an import fee, please check with your local customs office for further information.
