Refund policy


Returns:

If you would like to discuss a return, please contact us using this form or email us at contact@houseofzarrin.com within  7 days of receipt of delivery. Any items shipped back to us without notice will incur a fee to process.

Please note returns processed will be subject to a £2.99 handling fee. This amount will be deducted from the original amount paid. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees when returning the item(s) to us. We advise returning your item(s) using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days (usually 7-10 days).

 

PLEASE NOTE

If you receive a free gift with your order, this should also be returned to receive a full refund. 

Please note that all items on sale are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

 

Exchanges:

Please contact us if you are unsure of your ring size and we can help you find out your measurement. You can also download a ring sizer app to find out your size or follow our size guide here.

Please contact us here or email us at contact@houseofzarrin.com. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. We cannot offer an exchange beyond this period. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The delivery for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer. An invoice will be sent out requesting the amount required. Exchanges are also subject to a £2.99 handling fee.

We recommend choosing your product carefully ensuring you choose the correct size according to our size guide to avoid additional fees. Please reach out to us if you require assistance to work out your size.


Warranty Scheme:

We are committed to replace or repair any piece that has suffered a manufacturing defect (e.g. missing stone, damaged prongs setting) within 2 years of receipt at no extra cost. Our warranty does not cover scratches or tarnish as they are natural occurrences with everyday wear and tear. Please send us an email with your order number and a photograph of the damaged piece (contact@houseofzarrin.com). We are more than happy to help and inspect whether your ring can be replaced under our warranty scheme.

Products maliciously damaged will not be refunded.
