Design.
The first step to creating our statement pieces is to design and create 3D prototypes before the full production process begins. This involves an initial draft sketch and then creating a 3D model of the ring using CAD software to visualise the final product.

Casting.
This extensive process is where the magic happens. Rubber molds are created and shaped into the design of the ring by using molten wax. These wax models are then converted into plaster molds to melt the wax allowing the models to be ready for casting. The casting process involves melting the metal and pouring it into a mold created from the prototype. The metals (silver or gold) are added during this process and the stones are carefully set in the ring. Additional details such as engraving hallmarks etc. are added.

Polishing and finishing.
The final step is the polishing and finishing process including quality-control checks. Finishing touches are added before the final oxidation and electroplating process. Surfaces of the rings are refined and polished to bring out the shine of the metals. The result is a beautiful modern statement ring ready to be worn and loved for years to come.
